in regards to your last ask, i heard they were filming for the concert movie in san diego yesterday, so that's why they might not have been singing live. darren probably forgot to turn his microphone off or something. cause i think usually for concert movies, they have to lip sync.

They’re actually filming in all concerts because you can see the cameras in front of the big stage and then there are cameras by the second stage. And also in the video you can’t see him turn it off, so they probably turned it off for him later on.

I understand if it's voice over coz looking at how tired he can get from singing non stop and prolly they have prepared for situations like this and when it happens, the sound engineers are to off the mic and let them lip-sync (if you realise after that incident, Darren doesn't do any shoutouts). But at the same time, I am aware of Darren's undoubted talents and it is kind of possible that he suddenly came back so strong. What do you think?
I was watching the livestream when this happpened and I know a lot of people were wondering the same thing. I kind of agree with you on the part that it was voice-overed by the original track. Because he was talking before he began singing the song so they probably forgot to turn off his microphone. That’s why when he sang we probably heard his real voice before it was faded down a bit. Because if you notice also on the same video at the last 40 seconds you can kind of make out his voice throughout the song.
A lot of people have said that he probably doesn’t sing SLS and RYG live because he moves a lot and it’d be really difficult. At the same time, we have to acknowledge that he’s been singing nonstop for the last couple of days so there is a possibility his voice could get tired. And I think he, along with Lea, Amber. Chris and maybe even Mark are actually the ones singing live during the concert. And I don’t doubt the others’ cast talent, but for these big shows so much singing can be tiring. So they are probably switched around on who sings live which songs throughout each show. This is just my opinion, I’m not an expert at this, so yeah.

I think they might have them up to size Large and they are $35, I think.

So, I was wondering if you had heard anything or had any thoughts on this. It seems like sometimes Ashley is in LLM, ESOM and STL and sometimes she is not. I have seen video from earlier in the tour when she is in, but I don't think she has been in the more recent videos (Anaheim and San Jose). Do you think she is injured or exhausted and sitting them out? It seems a little strange. Just wondering. Thanks! :)

I’ve heard about this as well, but hadn’t paid much notice to it. My guess would be that she probably is too tired and just sitting them out or maybe Darren is taking her place since he does come out in those numbers.
Having a meet up tomorrow will be awesome! I'm going alone so it'll be nice to meet up with some fellow gleeks before hand! :) What time should we meet and which place of those two should we meet at? I'm down for either one.
Well, I know there are going to be two shows, one at 3pm and another at 8pm.
I live fairly close to the Staples Center so I will try my best to be there before 1pm. As for the meeting place, right now I am leaning towards meeting in front of the Convention Center since it’s more open. I will be the girl wearing a red ‘flower’ pin on my clothes and I have glasses, so very it’ll be very easy to spot me!
I’ll post more on the 8pm show later if anyone else is attending that one and wants to meet up beforehand as well!
i think it'd be awesome if you were able to set up some type of meet up. or at least somewhere where people could hang out together!
Yeah, I guess right outside the Convention Center would be an idea spot for people to meet and hang out before the concert and it’s right next to the Staples Center!
i know you mentioned that you were going to the 8 pm show at the staples center on saturday! i was wondering what time you're planning to get there and if you'd possibly consider organizing a meet up of some kind!

I might get there between 4pm or 5pm, still debating it, just because of the 3pm show and I know it’s going to be packed.
I wouldn’t mind organizing one, I mean if people would that then definitely I think I can arrange one for tumblr peeps to meet before the show!
